Join us for a free webinar on the JobsOhio Small Business Grant, an opportunity for eligible businesses to receive up to $50,000 in grant funding to support expansion efforts. This event will take place on Wednesday April 9, 2025, at 10:00 AM. The webinar link will be provided upon registration. 

The JobsOhio Small Business Grant is designed to assist businesses with investments in facilities, machinery, equipment, employee training, and more. To qualify, businesses must either be at least 51% minority-owned, woman-owned, veteran-owned, or owned by an individual with a disability or have annual revenues between $100,000 and $25 million, receive a portion of sales from B2B transactions, and operate within one of JobsOhio’s 10 target industries. Businesses must also have at least one year of operating history and be located in an eligible zip code. Retail, residential, entertainment, and most professional services are not eligible for funding. 

Our featured speaker, Chase Eikenbary, Vice President of Project Management at the Regional Growth Partnership, has extensive experience in economic development, site selection, and workforce strategies. She will guide attendees through the JobsOhio Small Business Grant process, provide insights into eligibility and funding criteria, and discuss how businesses can leverage this opportunity for growth. 

Since 2020, the JobsOhio Small Business Grant has helped over 500 businesses across Ohio expand, create jobs, and strengthen their communities. Success stories include companies like The AKA Team, which secured funding to expand its Cleveland-based construction business, and Bake Me Happy, a gluten-free bakery that utilized the grant to scale its operations and enter the B2B space. 

This event is presented in partnership with the Fostoria Economic Development Corporation, Fostoria Area Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau, Seneca Regional Chamber of Commerce, and Tiffin-Seneca Economic Partnership.
