The Seneca Regional Chamber of Commerce invites our valued members to participate in an exciting opportunity to showcase your business at the Seneca County Fair, held July 20–27.
As a Chamber member in good standing, you can reserve a booth free of charge to promote your business during fair week. Booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
The first 28 registered businesses will be placed in the Kneeskern Building. Any subsequent registrants will be placed on a waiting list for potential placement in the Merchant Building. Vendors on the waiting list will be informed of their status by June 17.
Each reserved booth includes one 8-foot table and two chairs. Participants must bring any additional display materials and must indicate on the form if electricity is needed.
Please note: Electricity is only available in the Kneeskern Building.
Booths are for promotional purposes only—no in-person sales are permitted. Vendors may hand out informational materials, provide free promotional goods/materials, collect giveaway entries, offer quotes, and direct attendees to an e-commerce site or physical storefront. If you wish to sell items, you must purchase a space in the Merchant Building through the Fair Board.
All vendors are required to provide contact information, which will be used to notify them if their booth needs to be restocked. Vendors must pay for admission to the fair to restock their booths. They are highly encouraged to purchase a week pass for $30, but may also purchase a day pass for $10 when restocking is needed.
Vendors will receive an email confirmation of their building assignment after registration.
All booths must be fully set up by 8:00 AM on Monday, July 21, and must remain stocked and presentable throughout the week. All materials must be removed by 3:00 PM on Monday, July 28. Anything left on the tables after this time will be discarded.
We sincerely thank the Seneca County Fair Board for their partnership in making this initiative possible.
