Join the Seneca Regional Chamber & Development, a division of the Seneca County Collaborative, for a Lunch & Learn on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 12:00 PM at the North Central Ohio Educational Service Center in Tiffin.

This session, presented by UIS Insurance & Investments, will focus on understanding alternative funding options for group health insurance plans. Topics will include partially and fully self-funded plans, Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRAs), and Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs) to help employers evaluate which solutions best fit their organization’s needs and budget.

Presenters John Schroeder and Corbin Kantner will lead this educational discussion designed to help employers prepare for plan renewals and make informed benefit decisions before the start of the new year.
