Join the Seneca Regional Chamber & Development, a division of the Seneca County Collaborative, for a Lunch & Learn on Thursday, March 12, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Sentinel Professional Center. Lunch will be provided.

This session, presented by Regional Growth Partnership and JobsOhio, will provide a high-level overview of key state incentives and economic development tools available to employers in JobsOhio’s targeted industries.

The discussion will be led by Jessica Sattler, Senior Project Manager with Regional Growth Partnership and the project manager covering Seneca County. Jessica works closely with local employers and economic development partners throughout the year and will walk through how these programs are actually used to support business growth, talent attraction, and capital investment.

Rather than focusing on a single program, this Lunch & Learn is designed to help employers better understand the broader toolbox available and when it makes sense to engage early.

Topics will include:

How Business Retention & Expansion visits work, why early conversations matter, and how engaging before a project is underway creates more opportunities for assistance.

An overview of the JobsOhio Small Business Grant, including updated eligibility criteria and how the program now aligns more closely with JobsOhio’s targeted sectors and B2B operations.

The JobsOhio Relocation Incentive, which provides direct financial support for companies bringing STEM and technical talent into Ohio.

The JobsOhio Economic Development Grant, which supports capital investment, infrastructure, and expansion projects tied to job creation and retention.

The Job Creation Tax Credit, a refundable, performance-based tax credit tied to new payroll.
