The Chamber is thrilled to announce the continuation of our partnership with Kim Radison for the AHOP Women’s Leadership Series, now entering its fourth year!
This program empowers women to advance in their leadership roles by addressing key habits that may hold them back. Discussions will center on the book How Women Rise: Break the 12 Habits Holding You Back from Your Next Raise, Promotion, or Job.
The series will take place on the first Wednesday of each month from February 2025 through June 2025. Sessions will run from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Chamber Office, located at 96 South Washington Street. The scheduled meeting dates are February 5, March 5, April 2, May 7, and June 4.
This program is designed to help women identify and overcome career-limiting habits that may hinder professional growth. Participants will create actionable goals and adopt new habits to advance within their organizations. The series also fosters a supportive, discussion-based group format led by business leader and consultant Kim Radison, along with one-on-one coaching opportunities to personalize growth strategies.
The program includes five two-hour workshops where participants can connect with other women leaders and engage in meaningful discussions. Additionally, participants will receive two 50-minute monthly coaching sessions with Kim Radison, focusing on specific areas of growth identified during the workshops.
This series offers a unique opportunity to grow as a leader and connect with a community of like-minded women. Don’t miss your chance to transform your leadership journey!
