Improv Lessons for Nonprofit Leaders\," will be led by improv comedian and nonprofit leader Jesse Jones. Nonprofit work rarely goes according to plan budgets change\, volunteers cancel\, donors surprise us\, and every day requires us to adapt\, communicate\, and think creatively. Through improv games and practical leadership takeaways\, Jesse will show participants how simple improv principles can help them become more collaborative\, resilient\, and open to new possibilities. \n\nNo acting experience is required just a willingness to laugh\, participate\, and maybe step a little outside your comfort zone. Attendees will leave with practical tools for navigating the unexpected\, strengthening their teams\, and approaching nonprofit work with a little more flexibility and creativity.
