Join the Seneca Regional Chamber & Development for a Lunch & Learn on Thursday, February 5 at 12 PM at the North Central Ohio Educational Service Center. This session, presented by Len Kinor, will introduce the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), a practical, proven framework used by over 100,000 companies worldwide to help businesses gain clarity, strengthen leadership teams, and build disciplined, scalable operations.

Whether you’re focused on growth, improving margins, or simply creating a business that doesn’t rely on you to fix everything every day, EOS provides straightforward tools you can start using right away. No MBA required, no jargon, just real-world strategies that help owners move from constant firefighting to confident leadership.

Topics will include:

Len Kinor brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience working with businesses of all sizes, from single-person operations to major corporations like American Express. Lunch is free for Seneca Regional Chamber & Development members. The cost for non-members is $10.00.
