CO.STARTERS is a 10 week, in person business development program offered through the Seneca County Collaborative and open to aspiring entrepreneurs and existing business owners from across Seneca County. Whether you are starting with an idea, growing a side hustle, or running a business that feels stuck, this program is designed to help you make informed decisions and move forward with confidence.
This is not a lecture or a one time workshop. CO.STARTERS is an action driven, collaborative experience focused on real world application. Participants work alongside a small group of peers to test assumptions, talk directly with customers, refine offerings, and better understand what it truly takes to build or strengthen a sustainable business. The program is especially valuable for existing business owners who want to strengthen their foundation, improve operations, or explore a new product or revenue stream.
CO.STARTERS has a proven track record in nearby Fostoria, where the program has supported more than 40 entrepreneurs and contributed to dozens of operational businesses, including several storefronts. Participants consistently report greater clarity, stronger confidence, and improved financial decision making as a result of the program.
The program meets weekly on Mondays from 6:00 to 9:00 PM, running from February 23 through April 27, 2026. Sessions are held in person at the Seneca County Collaborative offices, located at 96 South Washington Street in Tiffin. The cost to participate is $250, which covers facilitation and all required program materials.
By the end of CO.STARTERS, participants leave with a clearer understanding of their business, a realistic path forward, and a repeatable process they can use for future ideas. Launching, refining, or deciding to pause are all considered successful outcomes.
This is a multi week program that meets weekly on Mondays. Sessions run from 6:00 to 9:00 PM, beginning February 23, 2026 and concluding April 27, 2026. All sessions are held in person at the Seneca County Collaborative offices in Downtown Tiffin.
Registration for CO.STARTERS is completed through an application process and spots are limited. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and accepted on a first come, first served basis until the cohort is full. Interested participants are encouraged to apply early. Applicants will be notified once a decision has been made and will receive additional details regarding payment and next steps if accepted.
