Join the Seneca Regional Chamber & Development and United Way of North Central Ohio for the second Nonprofit Leadership Alliance quarterly meeting of 2026 on Friday, May 8 at 11 AM, hosted at North Central Ohio ESC. This session is designed for nonprofit leaders, staff, and board members who want to better support themselves and their teams while sustaining meaningful, mission-driven work.
The featured topic, “Healthy Teams, Strong Missions: Preventing Burnout & Supporting Mental Well-Being,” will focus on creating workplace cultures that recognize stress, prioritize well-being, and prevent burnout. Presenters Erin Perry, MA, LPCC-S, owner of Counseling Connections Center, and Kim Radison, owner of KKR Consult, will share practical strategies nonprofit organizations can use to promote mental health, build resilience, and support staff at all levels.
Attendees will learn how to recognize common signs of stress and burnout, apply self-care and resilience practices, and foster healthier, more supportive work environments. This session is designed to offer realistic, actionable tools that can be implemented immediately within nonprofit teams.
Following the presentation, Erin Perry and Kim Radison will offer attendees the opportunity to schedule a free one-on-one session for additional personalized support or consultation.
These meetings are free and open to all nonprofit employees and board members in Seneca County. Chamber & Development membership is not required.
